July 12TH, 05.....We should be getting an update from Greg Bambic on what happened at the ta workshop on cameras yesterday. The camera issue will be brought up and voted on at the August meeting.

The meeting lasted from 9:00 am to 2pm. The ACLU is completely against audio, The Frias Companies had two lawyers testifying against cameras. Western cab is against cameras. Whittlesea and Desert cab want total control of the videos so they can use them for training as well as sell them or keep them in a drivers file.
The T.A is putting the camera regulation on the August Meeting to make sure they have all legal briefs as well as as all changes suggested by the concerned parties of the camera regulation.

July 2nd, 05.....Well does it not feel good to get ripped a new one in the news, can you believe the crap this guy is dooling out, using more taped footage from this moron who was a corrupt doorman at Cheetah's (Brett Jordan) This guy was one of the crookedest doormen ever to work there. So where does he come off says that we are pulling off "MOB" stuff, and other distorted truths. I would love to get this guy face to face and ask him some real questions about what he DID when he worked @ Cheetah's. I remember 2 incidents where he said the guys were COMPED and I wasnt getting paid. So due to that I'm sure he was in a few arguments with cabbies since he was ripping them off.

The Strip clubs pay referral fees to the cabbies for bringing them to their place of business. It goes back years and years that this has been going on as Mr Knapp's story reveled. But the TT bars took it to another level by offering so much cash per head..out of pure GREED. So if it goes to 10 bucks a head and stays there we would all not be talking about this here and now.

July 1st, 2005.....Anyone watch George Knapp..? Well I did and it had it's good and bad sides as he usually does. He was right on in some things and dead wrong on others but the messageboard is hopping so go see "cabbie uprising" on the board. We will end up on he south end of a northbound steer I promise you. I have put forth an offer to Mr Knapp and I hope he takes me up on it in regards to limos...hahaha that would be fun.

Dont divert guys, take the people where they want to go, IF they ask the question about "where's the best" the go for it take em where you think is the best TT bar...and it is not always the one who pays the most. We are the masters of our own demise here guys, so do NOT give them any rope to hang ourselfs PLEASE.
