Any problems with any Hotel, limo or valet..give these guys a call..

If you want to file a complaint, the first step is to call the Manager On Duty for the particular hotel.  And, if they want a complaint in writing, then use "word", notepad or whatever word processor you normally use.  Print it up and send it in.  Ask for an address and person to send it to when you talk to the MOD.  You could ask if they have an email address.  If they do then you only have to send them a complaint via email.
