ARTICLE 36- MOST FAVORED NATIONS
Section 1 The Union agrees that if any Collective Bargaining Agreement to which it is a party with any taxicab company operating within areas covered by the Employer(s) current certificates provides Compensation or Benefits (insurance, vacation, bonuses) substantially more favorable based on the overall economic value of the compensation and benefit package then the Union will immediately enter into negotiations for the purpose of making appropriate adjustments, The Employers will be furnished copies of all signed contract entered into in the taxicab industry in the aforementioned area of the U.S.W.A. If the parties are unable to agree within thirty (30) days, then Employer(s) may adopt such provisions.
Section 1 This Agreement shall be effective September 11, 2003 and shall terminate on September 11, 2006 upon completion of shifts commenced prior to midnight, September 10, 2006 Except for wages earned pursuant to Article 34, any other provisions of this Agreement notwithstanding, all rights and benefits of every nature whatsoever accruing under this Agreement shall expire at the termination of this Agreement, and no employee shall be entitled to such benefits after expiration,
Section 2 By mutual agreement, the parties may make additions to or deletions from this Agreement, and may modify or terminate this Agreement
