ARTICLE 6 - EMPLOYERS’ RULES, REGULATIONS AND PROCEDURES

Section 1. The Employers have issued General Rules and Regulations, instructions to all drivers, accident procedures, radio operating procedures and instructions, calling off procedures, instructions regarding the preparation of trip sheets and rules of discipline. Each Employer reserves the right to add to, modify amend or change these rules, regulations, instructions, policies and/or procedures at any time, as long as such additions, modifications, amendments or changes do not conflict with specific provisions of this Agreement. A copy of any such aded or inserted on the driver's daily receipt andditions, modifications, amendments or changes to the rules, regulations, instructions, policies or procedures will be posted or inserted on the driver's daily receipt and will be sent to the Union seven (7) calendar days in advance of the effective date. The requirement of advance notice shall not delay the implementation of any rules, regulations or procedures on its scheduled effective date. No Employer rule shall be in conflict with any express provision of this Agreement. However, any rule, regulation or procedure adopted by the direction of the Nevada Taxicab Authority or any successor governmental agency shall be exempt from the foregoing sentence.

Section 2. All employees covered by this Agreement are subject to the rules, regulations, instructions, policies and/or procedures of his or her Employer.

Section 3. Violation of any Employer’s rules, regulations, instructions, policies and/or procedures by any employee covered by this Agreement shall subject that employee to disciplinary action up to and including discharge.
